Can I order something custom/personalised?
Absolutely! All of our items are customisable, whether you’d like something extra embroidered or you want a candle to fit the colour scheme in your home. If you can’t see an option for what you’d like on any of my products, then please get in touch. You can do so via any of the methods on my contact page.
Can you create something for me that I can’t see on your website?
Dependant on what it is, yes! If you would like embroidery on something that you can’t see here or you would like something created completely from scratch. I am happy to work with you to try and bring your vision to life, just pop me a message.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are aimed to dispatch within 1 week, this may vary during busy periods and I will update this information on my Delivery and Returns page. If you need an item for a special occasion or before a certain date, please get in touch or leave me a note at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Where is my order?
If you place an order for a larger item with me (small parcel) you will be provided with a tracking link in your shipping email. If you placed an item for something smaller (letter size) then your item isn’t sent with tracking. Please allow 2-3 days after the estimated arrival time for your order to arrive. If it hasn’t turned up by this time, please get in contact with me and I will help you the best I can.
How do I send my item as a gift?
I love sending gifts and you can add a gift message or apply gift wrap to anything you purchase from my shop. Unfortunately, this option is not available at checkout and you must add it your order with all of your other items. You can find the gift wrap option here and it will give you the chance to add a gift message once you have added it to your basket.
